At 4TH ARQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all 4TH ARQ tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival.
